In March 2020, the world was gripped by the pandemic, and amidst the chaos, a unique journey began. Fueled by a deep sense of responsibility, our founder's mother made a courageous decision. Fearing the pandemic's impact, she returned to her birthplace, Budapest, Hungary, to be with family.

As the healthcare system worldwide faced unprecedented challenges due to a shortage of professionals, she, a seasoned healthcare worker of over 20 years, stepped back into her old role. Starting at a local GP in Budapest, she worked alongside doctors she had known for years. Previously a nurse, she had shifted to entrepreneurship, running her residential cleaning business in the UK since 2018.

While she embarked on this remarkable journey, her son remained in Birmingham, tending to their home and holding onto the roots they had established in the city. Witnessing the struggles in healthcare, she felt a calling to make a difference. Inspired by the crumbling hospitals and the challenges in recruiting professionals, she founded a recruitment business, initially placing carers in homes for the elderly.

Within months, what started as a modest venture had transformed into something extraordinary. From a handful of carers, the agency rapidly expanded to include highly qualified professionals like nurses and chiropractors, serving major city hospitals. In just three months, over a hundred dedicated individuals were caring for thousands of patients.

Although the pandemic has subsided, the healthcare sector's challenges persist. Motivated by their success in Hungary, the team is now bringing their expertise back to Birmingham. Guided by experience and a deep understanding of the industry, they are expanding into the West Midlands, ready to bring positive change once again.
